Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

This website, jacksonvillencgutters.com ("the Site"), is operated by SurgeTide Agency under the name Jacksonville NC Gutters ("we," "us"). Quote requests are handled by independent local gutter contractors, who are solely responsible for their own quotes, work, licensing and insurance.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our quote request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, the service you need, any message you include, and your consent choice.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our service providers may collect technical information like your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the referring website, and campaign parameters in the page URL (for example UTM tags or ad click IDs). We may use cookies or similar technologies for this.

How We Use Information

To share your request with a local gutter contractor who serves your area
To contact you about your request by phone, text or email
To confirm that requests were delivered and to track which pages and ads generate requests
To operate, secure and improve the Site
To comply with law and protect our rights

How We Share Information

With a gutter contractor. We share your request details with the independent local gutter contractor handling your request so they can contact you, give you a quote and do the work if you hire them. That contractor handles your information under its own practices and is responsible for its own services.
With service providers who help us run the Site and handle leads, such as our CRM (HighLevel), hosting and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
In a business transfer, if the Site or our business is sold or transferred.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. Sharing your request with the one contractor who responds to it is part of the service you asked for.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Your Choices

Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
Opt out of calls or emails from us by emailing adam.thompson@surgetideagency.com.
Request access to or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing adam.thompson@surgetideagency.com. We can't delete information a contractor already received, but we'll tell you who received it so you can contact them.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

We keep lead records as long as needed to provide the service, confirm delivery of requests, and meet legal and accounting needs, then delete or de-identify them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for adult homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
